Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Kukmor district. He was accompanied by the head of the district Sergey Dimitriev.

Immediately upon arrival in Kukmor, Marat Zyabbarov took part in the Victory Parade and congratulated the Kukmor residents on the holiday.

Then, on the fields of the Ural Society, the minister met with heads of agricultural enterprises of the district, where they discussed issues of state support and subsidies for farmers.

Sergey Dimitriev reported on the situation with the sowing campaign.

"To date, the sowing campaign of the district is organized. A plan has been created for the work: there are no interruptions with fuel and lubricants, the equipment is in good condition. Last year, the machine and tractor fleets were significantly updated. This work will continue in the future. The main focus of the farmers of the district this year will be made on the procurement of high-quality feed. Forage crops will be cultivated on 37 thousand hectares of arable land, and grain crops will be cultivated on 34 thousand hectares. The goal is to get an average of 50 quintals per hectare, " the head of the district said.

During his speech, he also noted that it is not only about sowing, but also about proper care of crops.

"Another of our goals is to get high-quality products in agriculture and animal husbandry. Next year, the workers of the village have a task- to increase the daily gross milk yield to 400 tons. Large-scale construction of dairy farms is currently underway. This is, of course, a huge job. If we build these buildings, we will achieve our goals, " said Sergey Dimitriev.

Then the Minister got acquainted with progress of the project "Let's restore our native village".

Within this project, it is planned to build farms in each settlement, create its own industrial site and provide employment for the population. For these purposes, feed shops are being built in the area. Ten feed shops will serve the population, four of which are already operating.

At the end of the working trip, the Deputy Prime Minister thanked for the work done in the district.

"The work is going according to plan: a road map has been drawn up, farms are being built. At the same time, you do not forget to take care of issues of remuneration. Let a worker receive a decent salary. Only these figures should not reduce your high performance in the agricultural sector, " he said.
