The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan continues a series of publications devoted to the agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan during the Great Patriotic War. The enterprises of Tatarstan during the war were of particular importance in the food supply of the army and the population.

One of these was the collective farms "Kyzyl Yul" and the collective farm named after Frunze of the Baltasinsky district. "Kyzyl Yul" was formed after the merger of 9 of the 360 farms of the village Chutai. By the beginning of the Second World War, the company had become an efficient farm.

Despite harsh war years, the agricultural workers showed high organization, discipline and dedication in the implementation of the plan. The collective farm worked hard and exceeded the plan for the delivery of products to the state. During the war, the company gave the state 54 thousand pounds of bread, 1675 pounds of meat and 71431 kg of milk.

The Frunze collective farm is one of the few collective farms existed that time in the district. The farm worked steadily during the war years, regularly fulfilling plans for the delivery of products to the state. In wartime, to survive in the most difficult conditions and to provide the army and the whole country with food and raw materials - this was the main goal of the collective farm system. And the collective farm completely coped with this thanks to the perseverance, selflessness, and patriotism of the peasants. From 1941-1945, having exceeded the plan for 1300 pounds of bread, the enterprise delivered 19 thousand pounds of bread, 550 pounds of meat and 29 thousand kg of milk. In the victorious year of 1945, the collective farm collected 8.5 quintals of crop per hectare of land.

These agricultural enterprises exist today, continuing to thrive and make a great contribution to the development of the district. Over time, the people, the leadership and their names have changed, but perseverance and dedication and the desire for the best remain unchanged for the villagers.
