Marat Zyabbarov: Farmers of Zelenodolsk district should work as one unified team
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and Deputy Minister Lenar Garipov paid a working visit to Zelenodolsk district, where they got acquainted with the activities of megafarms of the agrofirm "Krasny Vostok - Agro", the economy "Avangard" and took part in a meeting with heads of agricultural organizations of the district. They were accompanied by the head of the district Mikhail Afanasyev. The event was also attended by Adel Khairullin, General Director of Krasny Vostok Group of Companies, Almaz Khisamutdinov, Head of the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tagir Ziganshin, head of the district agricultural department, and other responsible persons.
During the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov called for further identification of unscrupulous owners of abandoned land and putting those lands into circulation. He also noted that it is necessary to update agricultural machinery. Sometimes one modern tractor can perform up to five processes in different directions. According to the minister, farms need to catch up on milk, as this money comes every day, and they are tangible. They can be used to improve the quality of megafarm operations.
"In the modern world, their future fate depends on the competent activity of agricultural enterprises. All the services - the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Rosselkhoznadzor Center, the agricultural administration, the veterinarians - are all your assistants, work as one single team, " the minister said.
In turn, Lenar Garipov noted that the main problem in agricultural enterprises today is the reduction of livestock.
"There is federal support for farmers, only for the year 314 million rubles were allocated to increase the dairy farm. It was used by 90 farms from 25 districts. Take part in such programs, such support may not be available in the future. If we say that meat below 800 grams is a loss-making enterprise, then milk less than 12 liters is even worse for farms, " he said.
At the end of the working trip, Mikhail Afanasyev noted that the fate of the district depends on the agrofirm "Krasny Vostok".
"You have internal reserves, there are no such milking parlors and megafarms in some areas, so you need to use them in full. The equipment needs to be updated, we need to deal with the service, " he said to Adel Khairullin.
