This was announced at the founding meeting of the republic's cooperators.
The meeting was opened by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov.
“The Republic of Tatarstan has launched a process aimed at promoting the agricultural products and selling them through trade networks and Internet commerce. Since 2019, these cooperatives have already received sales support from the ministry. We managed to bring them into contracts with retail stores of both chain format and “Near the House” format, ”said Rishat Khabipov.
Further, Renat Mamaev, an expert on the development of cooperation, spoke about further steps in development of cooperation in the republic.
“The supply of natural products through the traditional trading system leads to high costs and does not allow agricultural producers to compete with major market players. Therefore, within the framework of the project, a number of promotion tools will be used, which will reduce the margin for the end user. This is the launch of gastronomic tours as part of the development of rural tourism and the so-called tasting stands at large enterprises, which will be organized through trade unions, ”he shared his plans.
And the general director of RIVC JSC, Niyaz Khaliullin, spoke about the first results of training under the Cooperative Manager program.
“The training took place on the Agro-online educational platform. Within the framework of the program, a personnel reserve of executive management was formed for the newly organized cooperative of the 2nd level, ”he said.
During the meeting, Alena Beloglazova, head of the Beloglazova farm, shared the options for selling farm products.
“We have been doing this work for almost a year. At the very beginning, we had to resolve issues related to logistics. The main delivery options were Kazan, Moscow and St. Petersburg. If we go beyond our market, if we start to produce a new product that is interesting to everyone - there are such products - we need to think over the logistics, how to supply products to other regions. Now everyone has a little of it. For this we need to unite, ”she said.
At the end of the event, the participants of the meeting by open vote decided to create the first level 2 cooperative in the republic. It will include 10 cooperatives - "Kaymak" of the Sabinsky District, "Amirkhan" of the Kukmorsky District, "Zagotprom" of the Nurlatsky District, "Kaymak" of the Spassky District, "Shushma" of the Baltasinsky District, the "NIVA" of the Menzelinsky District, the "Yulduz" of the Kaibitsky region, the "Iskra", the "Rassvet" and the "Synergy" of the Arsk region.
