Tatarstan will be allocated 629 million for subsidies to sugar and butter producers

The decree on compensation to the producers of sunflower oil and granulated sugar was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. The corresponding document is posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation. For these purposes, 9 billion rubles will be allocated from the reserve fund. The money will be distributed among 24 regions of the country.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, sugar and sunflower oil producers in the Republic of Tatarstan will receive 629.1 million rubles from the reserve fund of the government of the Russian Federation to compensate for the costs of manufacturing and selling products. This will keep the cost of 1 kg of sugar at the level of no more than 36 rubles for wholesalers and 46 rubles for retail customers, and 1 liter of butter - at the level of 95 and 110 rubles, respectively. According to the approved rules, companies that have fixed prices will receive compensation at the rate of 10 rubles per 1 liter of butter and 5 rubles per 1 kg of sugar. The selection of applications for subsidies will be announced shortly.
