Today in Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny, fairs for the sale of agricultural products, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, were held. Products and goods were brought by agricultural producers from the municipal districts of the republic.
Trade at the fairs began while sun rising, and closer to 6 am the areas were filled with buyers. Agricultural fairs are traditionally in good demand among townspeople, especially the older generation, and are of great social importance. Here you can buy products such as meat, fish, milk, butter, honey, sausages, cheese, eggs, potatoes, vegetables, granulated sugar, flour, etc. at affordable prices. Halal products were also presented.
Many people left with bags full of groceries and expressed sincere thanks for hosting the fair. Farmers were also pleased with the opportunity to sell their own products. “It is very important to know that we managed to do something necessary for the population,” the organizers say. They are here from early morning to meet farmers, set up tents, price tags and solve other organizational issues. Organizing fairs requires a lot of work. But, despite this, the work on the organization of such socially significant events will continue.
We look forward to seeing buyers at the agricultural fair next Saturday!
