Tatarstan cooperators shared their experience of working with entrepreneurs of Tatar villages from all over Russia

As part of the IX All-Russian meeting of entrepreneurs of Tatar villages, a panel discussion was held on the topic "driver of development of rural areas - training of professional personnel." The event was held at the Kazan Cooperative Institute.

The site was moderated by Ilnur Khabibullin, director of the Center for Competence for the Development of Agricultural Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan, and Alsu Nabieva, Rector of the Russian University of Cooperation, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The participants of the event, which took place in the format of a lively dialogue, were representatives of the authorities, scientists, teachers, young entrepreneurs from villages, as well as entrepreneurs of Tatar villages from all over Russia. Many of them came forward with their opinions, suggestions, remarks.

The main topic of conversation during the plenary session was topical issues of training personnel for cooperation and the village in general. How to solve this problem and show effective cases of self-realization in the countryside? This was the topic of discussion.

The meeting was opened by Alsu Nabiyeva.

“The Russian University of Cooperation conducts not only educational training for students, but also practical ones. A number of flagship projects are being implemented for the continuous practical training of specialists for the agricultural cooperation industry. At present, we work to involve students in the practical activities of agricultural consumer cooperatives. Since 2018, a "Cooperative Union of the Republic of Tatarstan" has been established at the scientific site of the Kazan Cooperative Institute. As of January 1, 2021, the revision union had 64 members in its ranks, of which 11 were agricultural production cooperatives, 53 were agricultural consumer cooperatives, ”said Alsu Nabieva.

One of the landmark cooperative projects is the School Cooperative Accelerator, which is being implemented in four municipal districts of the republic. It aims to create agricultural cooperatives and cooperative classes in rural schools. Schoolchildren grow vegetables themselves and earn money.

“The main driver of the development of rural areas is cooperation in all its forms,” added the rector.

During the discussions, issues of legislative initiatives in the field of personnel policy were considered.

“The village can and should become modern and attractive thanks to the active, professional and caring staff who bring innovations, create promising projects, bring life in the countryside to a higher quality level,” Ilnur Khabibullin said.

The discussion platform showed how you can get effective feedback from rural entrepreneurs, as well as form an informative full-fledged resolution, propose a creative solution to the problems of the executive branch as legislative initiatives.
