The first dairy complex was built in the Bugulma district
The first dairy complex of three dairy farms project was put into operation at LLC "Severnaya Niva Tatarstan" of the Bugulma region. It is for 3,550 cows and has a production capacity of 100 tons per day. The total investment in the project will amount to over 11 billion rubles.
The enterprise launched the Carousel milking parlor. The device is a circular platform on a concrete base. 72 cows can be milked here at the same time.
The process is as comfortable as possible. A cow enters the Carousel and occupies a separate cell. The milkmaid washes the udder and sets up the milking machine. In one turn of the "Carousel" a cow gives milk. Without any human intervention, the system sterilizes the milking machine after each animal.
The complex also has Dairy Comp 305 herd management and WinMix feed management software. The identification of animals is 100%.
The livestock of Holstein heifers is supplied from Germany. According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, today milk production per day is 19550 kg, milk yield per 1 breeding cow is 25 kg per day.
The complex will become a serious growth point for the entire southeast of Tatarstan, and will also ensure sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas.
