A press conference on the integrated development of rural areas was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan
“One of the priorities of the work of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is the program for the Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas, which makes it possible to purposefully solve tasks to improve the quality of life of citizens living in rural areas,” said Marsel Makhmutov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, during a press conference, which took place today at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the first year of the implementation of the program for the integrated development of rural areas, it was possible to commission 28.2 thousand square meters and provide housing for 406 families. 6.86 km of gas distribution and 24 km of water supply networks have been built. 500 projects for the improvement of rural areas have been implemented: sports and playgrounds, recreation areas, etc.
The Rural Mortgage program with a rate of 3% per annum has become an effective tool for improving housing conditions. Tatarstan became one of the leading regions in terms of the volume of its issuance, providing more than 1,600 families with funds for the purchase of housing in rural areas.
This year, it is planned to put into operation 2.1 thousand square meters and to provide housing for 32 families, as well as 178 projects in 28 municipalities for the improvement of rural areas and reimbursement to agricultural producers of up to 90% of the costs of contracts concluded with the employee. It’s 8.4 million rubles for 81 people, and for the remuneration and accommodation of students attracted for internship - 700 thousand rubles for 28 people ", - said Marsel Makhmutov , noting that this direction of the program is being implemented in Tatarstan this year for the first time.
Also in the departmental target program "The modern look of rural areas" there are
- "Comprehensive development of the village of Manzaras, Kukmorsky district" in the amount of 140.8 million rubles (overhaul of a rural house of culture, construction of water supply networks and a sports and recreation complex);
- "Comprehensive development of the Bogatye Saby village of the Sabinsky district" in the amount of 325.0 million rubles (construction of a school for 500 pupils and water supply networks).
