A solemn event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the farming movement in Tatarstan is being held today in Kazan. There is a variety of natural farm products at the exhibition: meat and dairy products, sausages, cheeses, semi-finished products, frozen berries, confectionery, honey, bakery products presented by farmers of Kukmorsky, Nurlatsky, Zainsky, Spassky, Muslyumovsky, Menzelinsky and Laishevsky districts.
Azat Davletshin, chairman of the Balkysh agricultural production center, Baltasi district, offered guests to taste meat products from horse meat and beef. Using a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan won in 2018, he built a cattle slaughterhouse and a sausage workshop with a capacity of 1 ton per shift. The cooperative sells its products in the Baltasinsky district, Kazan, and in Moscow.
The ex-hockey player of Ak Bars Evgeny Medvedev presented his products of the Bulgar Halal trademark at the exhibition. Last year, Evgeny Medvedev became the head of the Kaymak agricultural cooperative in the Spassky district and, thanks to a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 40 million rubles for the development of the material and technical base, he set up the production of 18 types of halal meat products: sausages and delicacies from horse meat, beef, lamb and poultry.
The head of the peasant farm Minefanis Khamatdinov from the Kukmor region brought bakery products to the exhibition. “We bake 100 types of bread, bakery and confectionery products. Every day we deliver products by 17 vehicles to 400 stores. We bake 8 tons of bread per day, sell products to 12 districts of Tatarstan and even to Udmurtia, ”said the farmer's son Fanus Khamatdinov. He also added that round bread is very popular with customers, which differs in taste from tin bread and has a pleasant taste because it is baked in a pan.
Also at the exhibition were presented poultry products of the agricultural enterprise "Agro Leader" of Irek Khamadishin from the Muslyumovsky region, whose Tatar dried goose became the winner of the regional brands competition "Tastes of Russia" in the nomination "Delicious next", beekeeping products of the agricultural enterprise "Kukmara Baly" Tagir Bariev. It is worth noting that the product is available in several convenient formats, including stick packs. Kukmara baly suggests adding healthy honey to drinks instead of sugar. Packing honey into 10 gram portions is one of the first examples in the whole country.
The range of its products according to Halal standards, which includes sausages, pates, smoked and dried products from duck meat, semi-finished products, were presented at the exhibition by the agricultural supply and marketing (trade) consumer cooperative Kausar of Laishevsky district. The project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2018, the company received a 30 million rubles grant from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purchase of equipment for processing poultry meat. The products of the "Kausar" are widely represented in Kazan in the food show room "Our Farmer" at the address: Kazan, Mardzhani str., 16.
