In the city palace of culture of Yelabuga, a meeting of the foremost workers of industrial production, agriculture and processing industry took place. It became the final event of the blue-collar job competition, which took place in Yelabuga for over a month. In 2021, 26 people took part in the competition. The competition was organized in four areas: "industry", "transport and logistics", "public catering" and "agriculture".
In front of the Palace of Culture, an exhibition of equipment was unfolded, where tractors manufactured at ElAZ, MTZ-Tatarstan and Sollers-Ford were presented. In the hall of the house of culture there is an exhibition of the region's producers.
The event was attended by the head of the district Rustem Nuriyev, the deputy minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov and the deputy head of the district executive committee Timur Nikonov, the general director of OJSC MTZ (Belarus) Vitaly Vovk and others.
The head of the district addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. “There are not enough production specialists. This competition should attract young people. We plan to attract enterprises from other regions next year.
At the end of his speech, he presented the "Recognition" sign to the head of Agrofirm Yash Kuch LLC Ruzila Khadiullina and letters of thanks to the winners in the "Best Employee" nomination.
Rafael Fattakhov also congratulated the leading workers. He conveyed words of deep gratitude to the agricultural workers of the region on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and awarded the winners of the "Agriculture" direction.
The event ended with the awarding of veterans of industrial production, agriculture and the processing industry.
