In the Menzelinsky district, an updated livestock complex of LLC "Kamsky Bacon" was opened

In the village of Baltayevo, Menzelinsky district, the technical re-equipment of the dairy farm "Kamsky Bacon" LLC in the Menzelinsky district was carried out. The investments in 2020 amounted to 1.2 billion rubles.

It is designed for 780 forage cows. The milk production complex will reach full capacity in 2023.

The production uses Delaval milking equipment on monorails, which makes it easier to work and to increase the productivity of milkmaids. The cows are kept on a leash. The load per milkmaid is 80 cows. A balanced mono-feed is used. The feed preparation technology is mechanized, controlled by weighing devices and a feeding program.

The livestock of Holstein heifers is supplied to the farm from Estonia and Denmark. According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, today milk production per day is 9500 kg, milk yield per 1 breeding cow is 31 kg per day.

In addition, LLC "Kamsky Bacon" plans to build a dairy complex for 6,000 cows in the village Konovalovka of Menzelinsky District. The construction of the farm will take place in 2 stages and will be completed by the end of 2022.

The implementation of this project will increase the volume of milk production by more than 68 thousand tons per year and will amount to 186 tons per day.
