Livestock breeding is actively developing in Tatarstan, family farms and large complexes are being built. The hotline of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan is often addressed with questions about the purchase of breeding heifers. Therefore, we decided to tell you where you can buy breeding cattle and what subsidies to get for its purchase.
Quarterly information on the availability of pedigree cattle: the Kholmogory breed of the Tatarstan type, Aberdeen Angus, Holstein, Herefords and limousines, as well as horses, sheep and pigs, can be found on the website of the Main Breeding Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan or by phone 8 (843) 221-77-64 . For the purchase of pedigree livestock and fish seed, a subsidy of 40% is provided, but not more than 50 thousand rubles for heifers and horses, no more than 15 thousand rubles for goats, no more than 10 thousand rubles for sheep and pigs. An important condition for obtaining state support is the preservation of the existing livestock.
