News from the districts: Engineering conference in Tukaevsky district

In Tukayevsky district, a republican engineering conference was held on the topic "Preparing equipment for field work in 2021" with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov and specialists of agricultural administrations of the districts, where they discussed issues of repairing equipment, conducting spring field work, preventing industrial injuries, financing of preventive measures for labor protection. During the practical part of the event, the Deputy Minister inspected the production sites of the enterprises "Chelny-Kirovets", "Kamskaya Mechanics", "RariTEK".

In his speech, Rafael Fattakhov noted that the preparation of sowing, tillage machines and tractors must be completed by April 1, forage harvesters by May 10, grain harvesting equipment by July 1, beets and potato harvesters by August 1.

“In 2020, agricultural producers did a good job with Rosagroleasing. We were able to purchase 1,075 units of various machinery and equipment under preferential programs, including 202 tractors, 125 combines worth more than 4.6 billion rubles. The Republic of Tatarstan came out on top in terms of purchases, ”the Deputy Minister noted.

He emphasized that in 2021, the technical modernization program will be subsidized according to the "30x70" scheme (30% refund without VAT), according to the "50x50" scheme, self-propelled sprayers of domestic production will be subsidized (no more than 4 million rubles per unit).

At present, the Financing procedure is under interdepartmental agreement, as it is registered, it will be sent to the regional agricultural administration to organize the work.

At the end of the meeting, Rafael Fattakhov called on farmers to maintain and increase the pace of renewal of the equipment park, and take advantage of state support measures aimed at carrying out spring field work.
