Marat Zyabbarov met with students of the Veterinary Academy
Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov met with students of the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman.
Marat Zyabbarov said that a program has been launched this year, according to which the state reimburses the enterprise 90% of the costs of training, wages and accommodation of students during practice.
He noted that the agriculture sector always needs highly qualified personnel and noted that for young specialists who come to work in the countryside, there is a suuport in the amount of 300 thousand rubles and a monthly surcharge for the first year of work in the amount of 7,500 rubles to the basic salary. The minister discussed these and other support measures with students in a live dialogue format and answered questions.
The meeting was also attended by the rector of KSAVM named after N.E.Bauman Rustam Ravilov, Chairman of the Youth Government of the Republic of Tatarstan Alla Abrosimova, Head of the Department of Science, Education and Innovative Technologies of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruzalina Valiullina, representatives of such large holdings as Krasny Vostok, August-Agro, Agrosila and Ak Bars.
Representatives of the companies spoke about the opportunities for employment and career growth, noting that for a number of vacancies, the salary of young specialists is about 100 thousand rubles per month already in the first year of work.
