The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan continues meetings with agricultural enterprises on the development of crop production
Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov held a meeting with representatives of the holding companies "Ak Bars" and "Krasny Vostok". During the meeting, heads of agricultural enterprises shared their plans for the future in farming industry. The meeting, which was held in the "Hour of Control" format, was also attended by Deputy Ministers Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Rafael Fattakhov, heads of districts, heads of agricultural departments.
Kamil Galiev, deputy general director of the holding company "Ak Bars", said that arable land occupies 264 thousand hectares. Lands are cultivated in Arsk, Agryz, Pestrechinsky, Apastovsky, Tetyushsky, Buinsky, Drozhzhanovsky and Kaibitsky districts. The area under crops of grain and leguminous crops in 2021 is planned to increase from 139.6 thousand hectares in 2020 to 144.8 thousand hectares. It is also planned to plant green manure crops on 11 630 hectares (55% of the fallow), renew seed material (2500 tons), sow perennial grasses on 8325 hectares, (20% of the area of many herbs), liming acidic soils on 10 897 hectares (14% from acidic soils), the introduction of 66.8 kg a.i. / ha of mineral fertilizers, the construction of 2 stationary mortar units.
Adel Khairullin, General Director of Krasny Vostok, reported that the agricultural holding's arable land occupies 210.3 thousand hectares. Lands are cultivated in Alkeevsky, Alekseevsky, Spassky, Verkhneuslonsky, Nurlatsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Zelenodolsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky and Chistopolsky districts. The area under grain crops and leguminous crops in 2021 is planned to increase from 84.4 thousand hectares in 2020 to 92.9 thousand hectares. It is also planned to sow green manure crops on 6219 hectares (15% of the fallow), renewal of seed material (640 tons), sow perennial grasses on 3690 hectares (20% of the area of many herbs), liming 8300 hectares of acidic soils (10% of acidic soils ), application of mineral fertilizers at rate 70 kg a.i. / ha, construction of 10 stationary mortar units.
The meeting participants also analyzed the economic performance of agricultural enterprises.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to hold a series of meetings in the "Hour of Control" format with investors and agricultural enterprises operating in Tatarstan.
