Marat Zyabbarov took part in a meeting on the social and economic development of the Nizhnekamsk region
The meeting on the issues of socio-economic development of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district was held today by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov as part of a working visit to Nizhnekamsk. He was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.
The President noted that Nizhnekamsk District is one of the leading municipalities of Tatarstan: large investment projects are being implemented, business infrastructure is developing, a large amount of work is being carried out according to targeted programs. At the same time, he drew attention to the need to develop the agro-industrial complex, to strengthen the demographic situation, as well as to resolve the personnel issue in medical institutions.
“It is necessary to see what problems there are in this territory and the reserves for their solution, ”the President of the Republic of Tatarstan stressed.
Marat Zyabbarov reported on the current situation in the region's agriculture. In the agricultural sector, the region is in 20th place, with a yield of grain units of 29.6 c / ha. Today, they are preparing there for the field work of the current year, a sufficient amount of grain crops (4 thousand tons) has been filled in, mineral fertilizers have been accumulated in amount of 35 kg ai / ha.
“Last year the gross output of the Nizhnekamsk region was 3.9 billion rubles. Cash proceeds amounted to 3.7 billion rubles, revenue per hectare of arable land is 40% higher than the national average of 57.1 thousand rubles. According to the results of assessing the efficiency of agricultural production in the rating of regions, it takes 7th place, ”said Marat Zyabbarov.
During his speech, he noted that the farms of the region need to carry out the sowing campaign in a short time with high quality.
As far as milk production is concerned, the region maintains a positive trend. In 2020, 2.8 thousand tons more milk was produced. In terms of productivity, the district ranks 7th. At the enterprises of the district, progressive digital technologies are being introduced - the Dairy Comp herd management and TMR-Tracker programs have been installed. So, in the base farm of JSC A / F “Karmaly” from the introduction of technologies last year, an economic effect of 13.6 million rubles was obtained.
“According to the rating of development of small forms, Nizhnekamsk takes 10th place. For 8 years, farmers have received 150.6 million rubles state support. 17 mini-farms have been built. Last year, in the areas of private household plots, support was provided in the amount of 9.7 million rubles. There are 81 farms in the region. 4 cooperatives have been created - "Blagodatny", "Nizhnekamskiy", "Agropark Nizhnekamskiy" and "Alan" - reported Marat Zyabbarov.
The Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan during his speech also gave a positive assessment of the work carried out in the region.
"In 2020 200.8 million rubles were allocated for the development of the agro-industrial complex. Moreover, an additional 26.3 million rubles for the “Integrated Development of Rural Areas”. Due to the program, 73 sq. m. of housing, as well as 15 playgrounds and sports grounds were built", - said the minister.
