The issue of purchasing agricultural machinery was also considered. Last year, the rate of renewal of the technical fleet increased by 24% to 19 812 thousand units. This, among other things, was facilitated by the programs of JSC Rosagroleasing and concessional lending. This year, according to the forecast of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the increase in the acquisition of equipment under the concessional lending program will be at least 10%.
