Cosmomonitoring, telegram-bot for beekeepers: What else awaits the farmers of Tatarstan?
The results of activities and new projects were shared by the Director General of RIVC JSC Niyaz Khaliullin during the final board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
He said that in April 2020 the development and integration of digital solutions for the agro-industrial complex was launched. Thanks to this, new projects were created and launched, some of which passed into the commercial stage:
Unified animal identification - animals are assigned unique numbers and loaded into the system. This allows for real livestock records and rapid prevention of disease outbreaks.
Project to identify unused and forested lands - satellite imagery was analyzed and verified using artificial intelligence methods. The joint work of Innopolis, Rosselkhoznadzor, our ministry made it possible to involve additional land in circulation.
Analytical system (BI) - all information on the industry is collected and "within a single window" you can get not only statistical data, but also analytics: daily milk yield, project execution, information on the progress of field work, monitoring of prices, etc. The system allows making timely management decisions, analyzing and making forecasts.
Liming control service - each liming operation is reflected in the system. This allows to monitor the removal and application of lime, as well as transfer all information to the analytical system of the ministry. The service was launched and tested in the Aktanysh region at the enterprise Shaichurino.
Agroonline is an online school for farmers, which allows high-quality training of industry specialists, combines the competencies of private companies, universities and colleges, currently there are more than 1800 students registered.
Accounting system based on 1c Agrocomplex - the system solves the problems of operational accounting in crop and livestock production, integrates the 1c system, herd management system, milking parlors, feeding management systems, Glonass systems, the analytical system of head of an enterprise and the analytical system of the ministry.
The corporate portal of the Ministry based on "Bitrix24" - controls the execution of tasks. This is the automation of business processes, one of the most important in the operational management of the department.
Today, during the collegium of the ministry, the general director of RIVTs JSC, Niyaz Khaliullin, announced the start of new projects implemented jointly with state and private companies:
Geographic information service for farmers - This is a free service into which the contours of fields are uploaded, monitoring from cosmos is carried out, meteorological data and weather forecast are provided, problem zones are recorded in "Agroscouting", operations are planned, field passports are created. The service was developed jointly with the Minimax Laboratory, a Skolkovo resident. This application almost completely replaces commercial projects on the market.
Services for automatic analysis of satellite images - space monitoring is carried out for crop rotation, plowing, field slope in an operational format. Once a week, the service provides analytical information throughout the country in terms of agricultural enterprises.
Service - Agro work - the site has resumes and vacancies in the industry. Since February, we have begun pilot operation of the service.
Service for beekeepers - telegram-bot, notifies beekeepers about upcoming work in the fields.
The system of operational monitoring of sprayers - a system based on Glonass, allows to make recommendations for farmers on the treatment of sprayers, inform beekeepers and conduct automated operational monitoring.
