Vitaly Novichkov has been appointed Head of the Russian Agricultural Center in Tatarstan
Vitaly Novichkov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, who previously headed the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "State Sort Commission" for the Republic of Tatarstan and proved to be a responsible leader, became the acting head of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhoztsentr" in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Vitaly Novichkov graduated from the Kazan State Agricultural Academy (KazGAU), was engaged in science and worked in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the department for the development of agricultural industries. He has earned a Gratitude from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. He is an honorary worker of the Russian agro-industrial complex.
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov introduced the new head to the Rosselkhoztsentr staff and noted that the work entrusted to the department in plant protection and seed production is strategically important for the republic.
