Today livestock breeders of the cooperative named after Vakhitov of Kukmorsky district reached 100 tons of milk per day

With their daily hard work, the farm workers for the first time in history have stepped over the gross milk yield per day.

This result was achieved by increasing productivity and bringing it to 11,150 kg per cow.

In total, according to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, as of January 25, the gross daily milk yield in agricultural organizations amounted to 3767.1 tons, which is 179.2 tons (105%) more than on the same date last year.

"The leader in this indicator is Atninsky District, where the gross daily milk yield as of January 25 is 274.8 tons of milk, which is 5% more than on this date a year earlier," said Irek Gibadullin, Deputy Head of the Department for the Development of Livestock Branches of the Ministry. According to him, the Mamadysh district takes the second place - 175.5 tons (an increase of 11%), the third place is taken by the Sabinsky district - 225 tons (an increase of 14%).

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Tatarstan is the leader in terms of production and sales of milk among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. So, according to the department's operational data, as of January 11 of this year, agricultural organizations of the country sold 49.89 thousand tons of milk per day, which is 4.9% more than the same indicator last year.
