Meat processing complex opened in Nurlat district
Today agricultural cooperatives are the drivers of the development of the agricultural sector. One of such examples was the cooperative "Zagotprom" of the Nurlatsky region. Its opening took place the other day in the Nurlat region. The event was attended by the head of the district Almaz Akhmetshin, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, as well as deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation Rais Suleimanov and Shamil Yagudin.
In May 2020, under the state program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the enterprise received a grant of more than 39 million rubles for its own production of sausages. Soon, the workers of the cooperative have already released the first products under the name "Nurlatsky Krai".
“This is a very important and significant event for us. The opening of the workshop will provide residents of the district with tasty and, most importantly, high-quality meat products, ”said the head of the Nurlat district Almaz Akhmetshin.
The enterprise has production facilities and technological equipment. The cooperative produces sausages and semi-finished products. The products are sold in the district. In the future, they plan to establish cooperation with other regions.
“Today we plan to provide jobs for 10-15 people, and with an increase in production volumes - about 40 people,” said Adel Skogorev, chief technologist of the Zagotprom cooperative.
