According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, as of November 23, the daily volume of milk sales by agricultural organizations amounted to 46.13 thousand tons, which is 6% (2.6 thousand tons) more than the indicator of the last year.
The maximum sales volumes were achieved in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the leaders are the Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Voronezh, Kirov, Novosibirsk, Leningrad, Sverdlovsk regions, and the Udmurt Republic.
To date, according to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the gross milk yield in the republic is 3628.9 tons per day, which is 221.5 tons more than last year (106.5%). Milk yield per cow per day is 16.4 kg, which is 1.8 kg more than the previous year. 4114.4 tons of milk were sold per day, which is 250.7 tons more and makes 106% compared to 2019.
The leaders among the districts of Tatarstan in terms of milk yield per cow per day are Atninsky (29.7 kg), Mamadyshsky (24.9 kg), Kukmorsky (23.5 kg), Sabinsky (23 kg) and Baltasinsky (21.3 kg) areas.
Earlier, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that Tatarstan is confidently leading in milk production.
