In Kazan, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the unique marketplace "Our Farmer", which is located on Mardzhani Street, 16, continues to actively develop.
The range of products is impressive, and the main product is duck meat. Duck is offered here in raw, dried, and smoked, pates, sausages, semi-finished products. It all looks beautiful, seductive. But a year ago there was no such store here.
- I got a job in a store in June, that is, six months ago, - says the seller Lilia Akhmetshina. - I liked everything here, because the work is truly creative. For example, we start our morning with cooking echpochmaks, samsa, belyash stuffed with duck meat in the oven. And we already have regular customers for these products. We also conduct try-outs for everyone ...
The store building is solid. To have such a point of sale in the center of the capital of the republic, one must have a large margin of safety. And, as it turned out, it is available.
In a big revelatory interview, the director of the Ramaevskoye farm, Farid Khairutdinov, once admitted that on the way to the goal, like other farmers, they had to overcome their own trial and error. But he didn't give up. The support of business partners, support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and a great desire to achieve the goal helped a lot.
Today, in the village of Nikolskoye, Laishevsky district, there is a duck farm LLC "Ramaevskoye", reconstructed from former abandoned cowsheds. A full production cycle has been created here: parent stock, incubators, poultry houses, slaughterhouse, processing. Ducks of the English meat breed grow quickly and give high-quality, not fatty meat, the demand for which is growing, as they say, day by day. When the deputy head of the sales department Reseda Sinitsina presented the ways of sale of duck, it was hard to believe right away. These are such well-known retail chains that most farmers do not even dream of joining: Magnit, Lenta.ru, Metro, Bakhetle, Edelweiss, Auchan. Wholesale deliveries of duck under the brand name "Ramaevskoye" are sent to Moscow, St. Petersburg, and to the east - Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Tyumen, Magnitogorsk ... Every day 3000 fattened ducks are slaughtered at the enterprise.
How does Ramaevsky's duck differ from similar products from other manufacturers?
- Our company uses natural cereal feed without adding any hormonal preparations and growth stimulants. Products meet all halal standards, explains the head of the sales department Rustem Chegadaev.
