Tatarstan plans to subsidize 50% of the cost of self-propelled agricultural machinery

This was announced today by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Ildus Gabdrakhmanov at a seminar on increasing the efficiency of the crop production industry through optimization of nutrition and protective measures, which was held in Vysokogorsky district on the basis of Kazanselmash LLC with the participation of investors and large agricultural producers of the republic.

1. A self-propelled sprayer must be equipped with:

- satellite navigation system GPS / GLONASS;

- electric or hydraulic thruster.

2. Warranty not less than 2 years;

3. Clearance not less than 1 m;

4. Availability of an opinion on Russian production, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2015 No. 719 "On confirmation of industrial production on the territory of the Russian Federation."

5. It is planned to subsidize 50% of the cost, excluding VAT, up to 4 million rubles.

Ildus Gabdrakhmanov noted that it is quite profitable for agricultural producers, since only 30% of the cost is planned to be compensated for the purchase of the rest of agricultural machinery.

The Director General of the RIVC Niyaz Khaliullin added that, upon confirmation in the monitoring system of sprayers created by JSC RIVC, the estimated volume of work performed by the sprayers, when subsidizing mineral fertilizers for 2022, an increasing coefficient will be applied - 1.5 (2.0).

The Deputy Minister also said that the tasks for 2021 in crop production industry are: an increase of production volumes by 10% and a reduction of production costs by 10%.

The ways to increase efficiency of the industry were named:

Deoxidation of soils in the Republic of Tatarstan (to increase the digestibility of nutrients and create favorable conditions for the development of the root system of plants);

Crop management (equipping with mortar complexes and self-propelled sprayers);

Creation of forest shelter belts to reduce erosion processes.

The participants of the event shared their experience of using mortar units and increasing yields.

At the end of the event, the participants of the seminar got acquainted with the range of equipment produced at the Kazanselmash plant and clearly saw the work of a self-propelled sprayer without a driver.
