Labor people: Honored livestock breeder of the Republic of Tatarstan from Nurlat district has been working in animal husbandry for over 40 years

Today, the hero of our column "People of Labor", in which we write about ordinary people who have deserved honor and respect for their daily work, Ilya Ivanovich Yallin, who has been working in the livestock industry for over 40 years.

Ilya Yallin was born on September 2, 1962 in the village Egorkino, region of the TASSR. All of his labor activity is associated with agricultural production. He came to the farm right after school, and in 1998 began working as the head of the dairy farm "Agrariy" LLC.

“I am a man of the earth, I found my happiness, peace of mind right here. I went through all the stages of the livestock breeder profession, and it helped me to strengthen my performance indicators, to maintain a stable level of productivity, ” recalls Ilya Yallin.

His working day begins no later than half past four in the morning. The farm contains about 500 heads of animals, 185 of which are dairy cows. High safety of young stock - 98%. The whole process of milk and meat production takes place under his constant control.

“Today the work is much easier - some functions that require strength and great effort are performed with the help of automated devices. All conditions have been created for working on the native land, ”says Ilya Yallin.

In 2020, he received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, and at the harvest festival he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Livestock Breeder of the Republic of Tatarstan."

Ilya Ivanovich achieves high performance. “He is a true professional in this field, who does his job with knowledge and love. He has an organizational talent, enjoys immense respect from the team. It says a lot, ”says Rashit Khamzin, head of Agrariy LLC.
