Production of grain cleaning machines is being mastered in Tatarstan
Kuzembetyevsky Mechanical Repair Plant launches production of grain cleaning machines of the MZK series with graded cylinders, designed for preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of grain, legumes, cereals, industrial and oilseeds, corn and grass seeds from large and small trash impurities separated by an air flow, sieve and grating cylinders, in order to obtain varietal and sowing qualities of seeds.
Now the enterprise is setting up the launch of serial production of the MZK-7ST machine with two indented cylinders. The machines will be produced in two versions: stationary MZK-7 and self-propelled MZK-7S. They can be equipped with 4 kW or 7.5 kW electric motor fans, with one or two lateral feeders, with one or two unloaded elevators.
The prototype passed the first stage of testing and was positively evaluated by the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Central Black Earth Machine Testing Station".
Machines of the MZK series are superior to analogues in the price category, since their cost is 2.5-4 times lower. For example, a combined grain cleaning machine MZK-7ST with a capacity of 13.5 kW costs 1,385 thousand rubles and is available for purchase through Rosagroleasing.
Grain cleaning machines of Tatarstan production allow increasing the productivity of technological lines by 2.5 times, increasing the yield by 8-12 centners / ha, due to high-quality processing of seed material and pay off in 1 season.
