Today, October 16, the world celebrates Bread Day. On this occasion, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan tells about one of the best enterprises-producers of bread and bakery products in Tatarstan with a long history, "Chelny-Khleb".
The modern powerful full-cycle enterprise has been specializing in the production of bakery products for over 40 years and continues to develop dynamically. Here the Cool Rising system is introduced - a complex of modern equipment and technologies that controls the cooling processes, controls the fermentation and allows to get the maximum quality of products. In addition, it operates its own mill and elevator complex, a distribution center and a vehicle fleet for more than 190 vehicles, which deliver products to 57 stores of its own network and 17 bakeries. And the products of CHELNY-KHLEB itself can be bought not only in Tatarstan, but also abroad, for example, in the Republic of Mari-El, Kirov and Chelyabinsk regions, the Udmurt Republic and Moscow.
The total assortment of the trading network includes up to 15,000 items of goods and up to 500 items of own production.
The company employs about 1,400 specialists. There are social support measures for employees: free travel, vouchers to children's camps, material assistance in difficult life situations and when preparing children for the first grade , special attention is paid to parents of disabled children.
