If for someone the long-awaited weekend is an opportunity to sleep well, then for the leadership and specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Saturday is an important and eventful day. Traditional agricultural fairs are organized on Saturdays. For farmers it is a good opportunity to sell their products, and for townspeople - to buy all the most necessary and fresh in one place and at affordable prices.
Today in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Zelenodolsk region, fairs for the sale of agricultural products were held. Products and goods were brought by farmers from the regions of the republic, as well as agricultural enterprises.
From early morning, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the fair at the site of the Novo-Savinovsky district. Despite the fact that it was still dark outside, life on Yamashev Avenue was literally in full swing. The assortment of products pleased with the variety, and buyers picked up vegetables, meat, sausages, flour, cereals, draft milk, butter, cheeses, granulated sugar and honey. All products have been tested by veterinary services. Marat Zyabbarov personally talked with farmers selling products, inquired about the results of trade and development prospects.
It is worth noting that the earliest buyers at the fairs are, of course, the older generation. They come from 5 in the morning, and the weather is getting colder every day, so tea tables with pastries were organized on the grounds.
Organization of fairs requires a lot of work. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan treats them with great responsibility and this work on organizing such socially significant events will continue.
