Rushan Sairanov, a winner of a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan under the "Beginner Farmer" program from the village of Kushmany, Kaibitsky District, is successfully developing his agribusiness.

The farmer is engaged in poultry farming. He has raised and sold 9,500 broilers this year.

- A grant from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 1.5 million rubles allowed me to purchase building materials and equipment, purchase compound feed and young poultry, build engineering units, says Rushan Rustamovich. - Having added my own funds, I made a turnkey facility, set up production.

The new poultry farm is mainly run by the farmer's family. Rushan Rustamovich himself, his wife Dina and mother, Reseda Tavisovna. Another poultry farmer has recently been hired.

As we were informed by the Department of Agriculture and Food in the Kaibitsky District, the Sairanovs are doing well. Poultry gains are normal, product sales are well established.

In such an industry as poultry, there are no trifles,- the young farmer believes. The conditions of detention, the microclimate in the room, a clear daily routine, balanced feeding, and clean water are important. In this matter, there is no limit to perfection. Rushan himself believes that there are still many reserves on the farm. Especially in terms of poultry feeding. Currently, only half of the bird can be fed with full-fledged balanced compound feed. The rest of the feed is produced by the farmer himself. In particular, the farmer grows wheat on his 200 hectare land. The farm has an MTZ tractor, harrows, a cultivator, and a seeder.

“I would like to expand production,” says Rushan. - For this we need to build another poultry house. It's great that in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the regional agricultural administration, in the district administration, we, young farmers, find understanding and support. This gives strength and confidence in the future.
