Congratulations of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Day of Gardener
On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf, I congratulate the Tatarstan people on the Day of Gardener!
The ministry respects everyone who grows crops, instills respect for the land in their children and grandchildren, so much attention is paid to supporting gardeners.
More than 900 horticultural non-profit associations are registered in Tatarstan. More than 1 million citizens use 376 thousand garden plots with a total area of 20 thousand hectares. The leadership of Tatarstan provides active support to gardeners. Since 2017, more than 500 million rubles have been allocated annually to solve their problems.
This made it possible to install 151 water towers, repair 83 wells, lay 26 km of water pipelines, and bring 359 sites for the collection and removal of solid waste into a standard state. In addition, 92 km of access roads were repaired, 116 km of power lines and 118 complete transformer substations were put into operation.
Thanks to the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, the work continues this year, despite difficult economic conditions.
