Tatarstan has set a task to increase export of Halal products by 2024

The total volume of Halal products manufactured in the Republic of Tatarstan is more than 7 billion rubles, this is more than 50 manufacturers, including 18 export-oriented companies, 5 of them have the International Halal Certificate.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the main types of halal products that the Republic of Tatarstan plans to supply to foreign markets are chicken, turkey, duck and confectionery.

By the regional program "Development of exports in the Republic of Tatarstan for the period 2019-2024." By 2024, Tatarstan needs to achieve the export volume of agricultural products in the amount of 359.9 million US dollars, which is almost 2 times more than the level of 2017.
