11 August 2020, Tuesday

The young man has been studying at an agricultural technical school, for two years during the summer holidays he worked as an assistant to a combine operator, and this season he got this job himself.

In the national enterprise "Chistopolskoye" on the basis of the farm "Khuzangaevo", young guys work on grain harvesting along with experienced grain growers. 18-year-old Ranil Sirazutdinov is among them.

“My great-grandfather, my grandfather worked as combine operators, my father worked for several years as a combine operator's assistant, now he is the chief mechanic. So I have someone to take an example from, ”Ranil Sirazutdinov said, noting that now the working conditions are much better: air conditioners save from the heat, and the on-board computer signals the combine's malfunctions.

Ranil's working day begins at 6a.m. and ends late at night.

“Before starting work, we all clean the harvesters, check the equipment and only after that we start threshing. The main thing is that the weather is good. It can be hard after rain - the combine is often clogged with damp straw and awns.”

Rustem Sakhabutdinov, director of the Chistopolskoye national enterprise, supports young people, as he says the future of the agricultural industry belongs to young specialists. This is proved by Ranil Sirazutdinov.

Despite his young age, during his first season of work as a combine operator, Ranil demonstrates excellent results and is among the leaders of the farm. In two weeks, he harvested 290 tons of peas and almost 150 tons of winter wheat.

According to the operational data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 561 thousand hectares have been harvested in the republic, 2 million 36 thousand tons of grain have been threshed with a yield of 40.6 c / ha. In the Chistopol region, 19.7 thousand hectares, 80.5 thousand tons of grain were harvested, the yield is 40.9 c / ha.
