Marat Zyabbarov met with livestock breeders and agrarians of the Tukaevsky district
Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Tukaevsky District.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan studied the work of CHELNY-BREAD JSC. It is a modern, powerful, full-cycle enterprise that has specialized in the production of bakery products for over 40 years.
During the visit, we inspected the new workshop for the production of frozen semi-finished products with a daily capacity of 10 tons, studied the site for the production of long-fermentation dough for bread on innovative Austrian HB-technic equipment and got acquainted with the operation of the Cool Rising system.
The general director of the enterprise, Rafael Yunusov explained that this is a set of equipment and technologies that control the cooling processes, manage fermentation and allow to obtain the maximum quality of products.
At the end of his visit, Marat Zyabbarov opened an open-air zonal livestock workshop. The event brought together the heads of districts, heads of agricultural departments and agricultural firms of the Zakamsky zone.
“In the agricultural sector, high results can be achieved only through systematic work. The task of today's seminar is precisely to remind industry experts of hidden opportunities that we sometimes do not pay due attention to, ”said Marat Zyabbarov.
Deputy Minister Lenar Garipov discussed questions of the proper preparation of fodder for productive livestock raising, focusing on the importance of forage preparation in the budding phase, during the period of the highest protein content in them.
The head of the Main Directorate of Veterinary Medicine of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, Almaz Khisamutdinov, examined the issues of using a starter and a colostrum bank for feeding young animals, mandatory immunological prophylaxis of calves, feeding technologies for the transit group, and examined typical farm mistakes leading to cattle mortality and ways to solve them optimally.
Speaking about effective programs for the reproduction of the dairy herd, Rishat Zaripov drew attention to the advantages of artificial insemination, which now covers 88% of cattle in Tatarstan, and also examined the advantages and disadvantages of using sexed seed, which makes it possible get 90% of heifers.
During the event, issues of digitalization of livestock farming were also discussed, and important aspects of successful livestock farming, such as feeding, genetics and reproduction, which are closely related to accounting and management systems, as well as the most effective software products for this, were discussed with the seminar participants.
The event ended with a study of the work of LLC “Saydasheva ”, on the basis of which the seminar was held. The farm pays attention to breeding work, successfully applies modern technologies.
