This was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov.

“The approved technology makes it possible to start cleaning 2 weeks earlier, with humidity up to 50%,” said the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Marat Zyabbarov drew attention to the fact that, along with the sleeves, the laying of moist rolled grain in the trench is more acceptable. At the same time, there is no need for plastic sleeves, grain is preserved due to efficient tamping.

“In order to increase the productivity of animal husbandry, it is necessary to master such technologies, moreover, industry produces prefabricated trenches for any volume,” the minister urged.

A positive example of the use of grain flattening is observed in LLC APK Food Program of the Mamadysh District. The main crops are: barley, wheat, triticale, corn. Harvesting flattened corn, allows you to harvest high-calorie feed up to 15 MJ / kg of dry matter, without expensive drying of grain. At the same time, the cost price of 1 ton of stored grain is reduced by 20%. For 1 thousand tons, savings are up to 50 thousand rubles.

In the process of barley crushing, the amount of sugars in it increases by 1.7 times, and the amount of starch decreases by 28% compared with untreated grain.

The inclusion of flattened grain in the diet allows you to increase the average daily growth of young cattle up to 12%, milk yield - up to 10%.
