Marat Zyabbarov urged agricultural enterprises to be attentive to the transferring documents to archives
Today, in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, a meeting was held on the transfer of documents by agricultural enterprises to the state archive of the republic. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archival Affairs Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova, Deputy Director for Acquisition and Reference Search Systems of the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Ildarkhanova-Balchikly, representatives agricultural enterprises of the republic and other responsible persons.
Opening the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov noted that the Ministry is working with the State Committee on Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan to include agricultural organizations, large, economically and socially significant enterprises in the lists of sources of acquisition of the state and municipal archives of the republic.
Pursuant to clause 1.1. The list of instructions of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov, following the meeting of the Board of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archival Affairs, held on January 17, 2020, to date, 6 organizations agreed to be sources of acquisition of the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan: LLC Kazanskaya Mill; JSC "Tatagroleasing", JSC "Breeding enterprise" Elita ", JSC" Bakery and confectionery plant ", which signed agreements on cooperation in archiving and record keeping. Branches of LLC" Poultry complex "Ak Bars" in Zelenodolsk and Pestrechinsky districts signed agreements with the executive committees of these areas.
In addition, in May a list of 201 agricultural organizations proposed for inclusion in the lists of sources of acquisition of the municipal archives of Tatarstan was sent to the State Committee.
In continuation of the meeting, Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova drew particular attention to the importance of transferring documents on personnel, since it is on them that pensions and other social benefits of agricultural workers depend.
During the event, it was explained that the storage of documents is free, but they must be transferred in an orderly form, and from the State Archives of the Republic of Tatarstan they are ready to send a curator and help organize this work.
The head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that the work on transferring the affairs of agricultural enterprises to the archives, despite the apparent simplicity, is extremely important, and urged the farmers to treat it in the most careful way.
