The reporting and election conference of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union
In the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the reporting and election conference of the Tatarstan Republican organization of the Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Complex Workers of the Russian Federation was held.
In connection with the current regime of self-isolation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the VIII conference was held in a video conference mode. A detailed report on the work of the republican committee of the trade union for a five-year period, a report of the Control and Revision Commission of the republican organization, and ballots for voting on issues on the agenda of the conference were sent by email to 69 delegates.
The report for the five-year period was delivered to the delegates by the chairman of the republican organization of the Trade Union Farida Garifullina. She highlighted and analyzed all areas of activity of the republican committee: from the development and improvement of social partnership to issues of organizational strengthening, financial and statutory discipline. Among the priority tasks, Farida Galimzyanovna mentioned the issues of raising the wages of agricultural workers, primarily in agricultural production, expanding the scope of the industry agreement, the protection and working conditions of workers, and enhancing human rights.
Conference delegates noted that, under the leadership of Farida Garifullina, the republican committee of the Trade Union is doing great work to provide practical assistance to primary and district trade union organizations in organizing their statutory activities, coordinating the work of trade union organizations to ensure the protection of labor and socio-economic rights and interests of workers.
Tatyana Vasilieva, deputy chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic, noted in her speech the positive dynamics of the industry. She was glad for the active targeted work of social partners, which brought positive results in the reporting period.
Delegates approved the activities of the union committee in the reporting period. Farida Galimzyanovna was unanimously elected the Chairman of the Republican organization of the Trade Union for a new term.
