The first in Tatarstan loans for preferential rural mortgages were approved

On March 5, in Tatarstan, they started issuing the first loans within the framework of the implementation of the program “Mortgage lending with a preferential interest rate for citizens of the Russian Federation for the construction (acquisition) of residential premises in rural areas”.

One of the first JSC "Agricultural Bank" approved a preferential mortgage loan for the purchase of an apartment in the residential complex "South Park", which is being built in Laishevsky district. Now nine houses have been commissioned, there is a kindergarten. And although the LCD is formally located in the countryside, but in fact it is 17 minutes from the center of Kazan at a convenient transport interchange.

With credit funds, six families will purchase residential buildings and apartments in an apartment building in the rural territories of the Republic of Tatarstan. The first loans will be issued for the purchase of housing in Aktanysh, Tetyushi, Kamskoye Ustye and Usady. The total volume of the first loans issued will amount to 12 105 000 rubles.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan recalls that on March 3, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and JSC Russian Agricultural Bank entered into an agreement on the provision of subsidies for the reimbursement of lost income on issued mortgage loans in rural areas. So, RSHB became the first bank participating in the program for issuing preferential rural mortgages by the state program “Integrated Development of Rural Areas”.

The lending rate is set from 0.1% to 3% per annum for the entire duration of the loan agreement, which cannot exceed 25 years. The preferential rate is subject to the personal insurance of the borrower. The size of the soft loan is 3 million rubles for rural areas.

Currently, from the residents of the region, 559 applications totaling 1.2 billion rubles have been approved and included in the preliminary register for approval by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
