On December 18, in the Apastovsky District, a republican engineering conference was held on the topic “Preparation of equipment for field work in 2020” with the participation of Talgat Tagirzyanov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by the head of the department of state labor protection at the Ministry of Labor of the RT Alla Kurzeneva, the general director of Ak Bars LLC Alexander Alekseev, the general director of Krasny Vostok Agro OJSC Vladimir Pankov, the consultant on mechanization of the agricultural administration of the Baltasinsky district Rishat Nuriev, the head of the Office of Gostekhnadzor RT Radik Ziatdinov, General Director of Tatagroleasing JSC Azat Ziganshin, heads and consultants of production and marketing departments for mechanization of district agricultural administrations, the heads and chief engineers of agricultural holdings and large farms of the republic and representatives of the Kama Mechanics ITC, Korib LLC, Transit Oil LLC.
An exhibition of agricultural equipment of JSC Tatagroleasing, LLC Agrotekhplast, ITC Kamskaya mehanika LLC Korib and others was organized for the participants in the exhibition. Here everyone could get acquainted with the latest agricultural producers.
The plenary part of the meeting was opened by Almaz Gibadullin, head of the executive committee of the Apastovsky District.
Further, with a report on the topic "Preparation of equipment for field work in 2020, programs for updating the fleet in 2020 ”was made by Deputy Minister Talgat Tagirzyanov.
“The task of the engineering bodies of the agro-industrial complex is to ensure high labor productivity in crop production, animal husbandry and the processing of agricultural products, which allows us to pay decent wages to employees and ensure a positive economy for the enterprise as a whole. During the year, the park was updated. Agricultural producers actively participated in the subsidy program “Technical and Technological Modernization” according to the 60x40 scheme, preferential leasing under the OPT program of Rosagroleasing and the federal program 1432. Under the OPT program of Rosagroleasing, 302 pieces of equipment for 815.6 million rubles were registered. The federal program "1432" provides a 15% discount. As part of this program, 689 units of equipment were acquired. The budget support subsidized 1.9 units of machinery and equipment worth 4 billion rubles, leasing payments amounted to 700 million rubles, ”said Talgat Tagirzyanov.
During the conference, issues of the prevention of industrial injuries in agriculture, the financing of preventive measures for labor protection were discussed.
During the practical part, the conference participants visited the production sites of Ak Bars LLC, where they saw the exhibition of manufactured and restored parts, reconditioned components and assemblies of a machine-technological company. They also examined the turning area, repair shops for agricultural machinery, Fendt tractors and a platform for storing equipment.
