Specialist of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan won the contest "The Best State Civil Servant of the Republic of Tatarstan"
Margarita Sotnikova, consultant to the production and marketing department of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Agriculture of Tatarstan in the Yelabugsky District, became the winner of “The Best State Civil Servant of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
Last week, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican contest was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. 12 winners of the competition received diplomas and cash prizes (50 thousand rubles).
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov noted that each public servant contributes to the further development of the republic. In his opinion, the events held in the republic have a positive effect on the rallying of employees and their motivation.
In 2019, 50 employees from 28 state bodies of the republic were nominated for participation in the contest. The average age of the contest participants is 34 years, the youngest is 24 years old and the most experienced is 60 years old.
Recall that the republican contest is held for the sixth time. Annually, more than 50 civil servants take part in the competition. The title of the best state civil servant of the Republic of Tatarstan was received by 58 employees of the republic.
