Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites citizens to traditional agricultural fairs
On Saturday, October 5, from 6 a.m., the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan invites residents of the republic to purchase agricultural products at affordable prices at fairs in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and in the village of Oktyabrsky Zelenodolsky District (the Novaya Tura trade fair complex). Citizens will be able to purchase meat, sausage products, draft milk, cheese, butter, eggs, vegetables, honey, sugar, flour, cereals and other farm products brought from the municipal regions of Tatarstan.
The autumn fairs started on September 14 and will be held weekly until the New Year. The assortment at various sites has its own characteristics and is tailored to the needs of residents. Citizens can report on what products are needed directly at the fairgrounds themselves. For this, special boxes are provided.
If at the last fair the residents of Kazan, in addition to traditional agricultural products, could purchase fresh raspberries, grapes, champignons and French cheeses of local production, then this time the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a little highlight. Since this week fairs are held as part of the decade of the elderly, special attention will be paid to the elder people. At each fairground they will be treated to fresh pastries and hot tea.
Agricultural fairs are traditionally enjoyed by citizens, especially the older generation, in good demand and are of great social importance. By tradition, the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan will personally visit the fairgrounds in Kazan on Saturday.
