The “Best Bread of Russia" awards were received by cooperators of consumer societies in Aktanyshsky and Rybno-Slobodsky districts
By the International Forum "Bread, You are the World", the results of the XX Russian Cup of baking were summed up, in which 24 teams from 20 regions of Russia took part. In a professional competition of bakers and confectioners, 7 teams took part, representing organizations of consumer cooperation in Russia and educational institutions of the cooperative education system.
Tatpotrebsoyuz cooperators became the owners of the Cup of Russia of bread baking and a diploma of the II degree in the nomination "Butter products". The “Best Bread of Russia" awards were received by cooperators of consumer societies in Aktanyshsky and Rybno-Slobodsky districts.
The victory was not easy for the Tatarstan people. The Cup participants were divided into categories: those who have been engaged in baking for a long time, university students and professional educational institutions. The conditions were serious: in five hours it was necessary to prepare two types of bread, three types of butter products and an art object from the test, dedicated to the space program. But the cooperators did their best.
Recall, from September 19 to 22, the exposition of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented at the International Forum of Enterprises and Organizations of Consumer Cooperatives “Bread, You are the World” in Kaluga on the basis of the ethnographic park museum Ethnomir. The forum was attended by Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The guests of the event were presented with the “Tatar Compound”, which remained in Kaluga as a permanent operating exposition, and will acquaint visitors of the park-museum with the national characteristics of the Tatar people.
