The Trade Union of Agricultural Workers pay special attention to the labor protection issues
In Tatarstan, the implementation of measures continues within the framework of the month "On compliance with labor protection standards and the requirements for safe work during the harvesting season of 2019".
The events are supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Labor Inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Interregional Labor Protection Association and the Republican Trade Union of Agricultural Workers.
So, this week, the chairman of the Reskom of the organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, Farida Garifullina visited the Sabinsky district in order to familiarize herself with the working conditions of machine operators at harvesting. Harvesting in the area is carried out at a high organizational level. All machine operators had special training, knowledge testing of labor protection requirements, briefings, two meals a day were organized for them. To increase the interest in timely and high-quality harvesting, conditions of labor competition have been developed, measures of moral and material incentives have been determined, and results are being summed up. These conditions are related to workers engaged in cleaning.
Farida Garifullina thanked the machine operators for their dedicated work, the best of the best received awards and gifts. Among them there are Ilham Gilmetdinov and Asgat Shakirov (Satyshevo branch of Saba LLC), Aidar Shakirov, Zhaudat Khabibullin, Khazip Davletshin and Firdus Gaynullin (SHPSU LLC).

This month, the heads of the district agricultural administrations were recommended to carry out the following activities:
- initiate unscheduled field meetings on labor protection in the organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan that have committed serious and fatal industrial accidents. Based on the results of inspections and revealed violations, provide methodological assistance in developing action plans to improve working conditions and labor protection in organizations;
- organize training in safe methods and techniques for work performing, providing first aid to victims and conducting briefings on labor protection;
- not allow workers evading medical examinations or not following the recommendations of the results of the examinations to perform labor duties;
- oblige managers, specialists of organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, chiefs of mechanized detachments and farmers to organize an extraordinary briefing on labor protection with machine operators and involved (seasonal) workers with mandatory registration in the journal in the prescribed form;
- equip places for recreation for workers in the field, on farms, in workshops and in production sites, maintain the necessary sanitary condition of production sites and domestic premises, and a number of other activities.
