On June 18 was held a meeting of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov with representatives of the Union of Gardeners of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the republic They discussed the progress of overhaul of external engineering infrastructure of horticultural and gardening non-profit partnerships for the first half of 2019 .
Rishat Khabipov reported that for continuation of work on bringing the engineering infrastructure of horticultural societies to the normative state in 2019, by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of 20.12.2018 No. 3525-p were allocated 550 million rubles. Lists of municipal districts were approved for repairing water supply facilities and landfills in 22 areas, power grid facilities in 12 areas, access roads - 12 areas.
The Deputy Minister briefly spoke about the results of work in this area for 2017-2018. The meeting also summed up the work for the 1st half of 2019. To date, the following repair work has been done in horticultural partnerships:
- objects of the electric grid economy identified 63 SNT in 11 municipal districts. In July 2019, by the framework of procurement works, State contracts for construction and installation works will be concluded. Complete overhaul is scheduled for November of this year;
- access roads to the borders of 29 SNT. Currently, 2 objects are fully prepared, 6 are being constructed and installed, bidding is held for the remaining objects. The works were carried out by 26%; completion is planned for October 2019;
- water supply facilities and MSW sites in 21 municipal districts. A state contract was made for construction and installation work on the repair of TKO sites and the execution of design and estimate documentation for the overhaul of household water supply systems.
“To allocate co-financing for the repair of domestic infrastructure to horticultural associations that have declared to participate in the program, it is necessary to submit a full package of documents to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tataristan as soon as possible, including extracts from accounts of the availability of funds,” Rishat Habipov emphasized.
Recall that in the republic there is a program for co-financing the costs of SNT for the repair of objects of internal and external infrastructure. The sense of the program is that, for example, for 1 thousand rubles spent by SNT for repairs, the state will add another two thousand rubles.
Horticultural partnerships wishing to participate in co-financing programs for repairing internal engineering infrastructure objects (power lines, water supply systems and internal roads) can contact the Land and Property Relations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, and external infrastructure (access roads, TCR pick-up sites, water supply) in the Executive Committee of their area.
