Today in Istanbul, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov and General Director of the Turkish company Konermak iç ve dış ticaret ltd Şti Mustafa Ozkylych signed an agreement on cooperation in implementing projects in the field of the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan.
The agreement was the result of a working visit of Marat Akhmetov to Turkey as part of the delegation of Tatarstan headed by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.
The document defines the mutual intentions of the parties aimed at the development of all forms of project implementation activities, including using the public-private partnership mechanism, providing for further mutually beneficial cooperation in the implementation of projects in agriculture. The agreement, in particular, provides the implementation of projects for the processing of grain and the supply of mill equipment, technological design with the development of intrashop communication of grain cleaning complexes, mills and flour mills, reconstruction of mills and factories in Tatarstan.
The parties highly appreciate the role of mutually beneficial economic cooperation in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and the technological capabilities of the company Konermak iç ve dış ticaret ltd Şti in order to design, manufacture, reconstruct grain processing facilities.
In addition, Marat Akhmetov held meetings in Istanbul with the leadership of a number of Turkish companies and explored opportunities for attracting investment in the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan.
