The fair "Farmer's Life" opens in Moscow.

From May 14 to May 16 in Moscow at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements, in Pavilion No. 75, the Farmer's Life 2019 salon will be held. An exhibition and fair will last all days for the salon visitors. The event is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management.

Subjects of the salon: agro-tourism, gastrotourism, agrochemistry, plant growing, animal husbandry, feed, gifts of nature, organic products. At the fair, these products will be presented by individual entrepreneurs, craftsmen and enterprises engaged in the production of handicrafts, handicraft gingerbread workshops, manufacturers of related equipment.

As part of the business program of the event, a meeting of the Rural Women’s Committee and a round table on the theme “Rural tourism as a driver of rural development” will be held on 14 of May.

The exhibition will feature fertilizers, feed and feed additives, special equipment for the maintenance, watering and feeding of farm animals and poultry, as well as equipment and materials for freezing and storing berries, vegetables and mushrooms, production and sale of ice cream.

The event will feature three thematic sections of the fair. At the farmers' fair, Muscovites and guests of the capital will be able to buy delicacies, organic products and souvenirs from leading peasant farms and private farms, fisheries, beekeepers, craftsmen, and wild growers.

Here will be presented: natural dairy products, butter, craft cheeses, meat products, farm sausages, tea, honey, noble fish, planting material, decorative items and much more. On some stands will be tasting products.

On the gingerbread street you can buy gingerbread souvenirs and a variety of handicraft gingerbread products - printed, carved, painted gingerbread and gingerbread cooked by Russian craftsmen on natural honey, with all sorts of spices.

Guests will be pleased with the master classes on painting gingerbread, which will be held on the fairground all three days, from morning to evening. Real gurus of their business will tell visitors about the intricacies of this skill and provide an opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice. And one more surprise - the results of their labors can be taken home!
