The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that from May 7 to 11 in Kazan will host the exhibition "Green economy: spring season." The largest specialized exhibition of the Volga region annually begins its work on days when most gardeners and gardeners actively begin to prepare their plots for the summer.

More than 120 participants from dozens of Russian regions will present at the Kazan Fair a huge selection of useful products for the garden and cottage. The exhibition will feature garden tools and equipment for maintenance of the garden and dacha plot, goods for arranging a country house and its territory, biological preparations, fertilizers for plants and soils, seeds, seedlings, saplings of fruit trees, landscape design products and services, greenhouses, covering materials, irrigation systems, etc.

At the exhibition it will be possible to purchase not only seedlings of fruit and berry trees and shrubs familiar to our region, but also unusual flowers and grapes saplings adapted for the local climate. For example, the Chairman of the Club of growers "Kazanskaya Vine" Alexander Zverev, who grows 100 different grape varieties on his 25 hectare site, will bring seedlings of this unusual culture for our region. “Each of the varieties has its own unique taste with hints of nutmeg, sage, strawberries and its own growing features,” says Alexander Zverev. He himself can determine the grape varieties even with a blindfold, and is ready to share his knowledge and experience in growing grapes with anyone who wants on May 9 at 14.00 at Kazan, Orenburg highway, 8.
