Registration for Phase II of the Novice Farmer intellectual game is now open.
In Tatarstan, the first stage of the intellectual game “Novice Farmer” among pupils of schools and institutions of higher and vocational education of the Republic of Tatarstan was completed. It was organized by the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Russian Union of Rural Youth with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan State Agrarian University. This event is organised for Development of skills in business planning in agriculture, collecting and analyzing information, making management decisions and teamworking.
More than 100 participants with 24 projects participated. The guys presented their business ideas, asked questions in the business planning, management, programs of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, made decisions in the proposed disputable situations in accordance with the legislation.
According to the results of the first stage among the students of educational institutions, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place - team MBOU "Matyushinskaya Secondary School" Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with the project "The organization of a small educational farm on the basis of a secondary school with agrotechnological profile";
2 place - team MBOU "Krasnogorsk SOSH" Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with the project "Growing potatoes"
3rd place - MBOU "Shushmabash secondary school" Arsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with the project "Three of the casket".
Among the institutions of vocational education:
1st place - students of GAPOU "Sabinsky Agrarian College" with the project "KFH" Saby-Berry Paradise ";
2nd place - students of GAPOU "Tetyushsky Agricultural College" with the KFH project Golden Greens;
3rd place - students of GAPOU “Kukmorsky Agrarian College” with the project “Growing and selling hydroponic green fodder for animals”
Among institutions of higher education:
1st place - the Farm of Texas project for the breeding of broiler-type quails (Texas albino) for obtaining quail eggs and meat (Kazan GAVM them. NE Bauman);
2nd place - Milk production and agritourism project in KFH "BioMilk @ (Kazan GAVM them. NE Bauman);
3rd place - Business plan of an investment project for the production and processing of rapeseed (Kazan State Agrarian University).
The participants of the first stage of the game, who managed to overcome all the contests, pass to the second (extramural) stage.
To participate, the winning teams need to register and upload their work (presentation, business plan, advertising poster, links to videos, etc.) and information about the team through a personal account.
Expert advice will evaluate the work on the following criteria:
- realism, efficiency, expediency;
- geographic location reference;
- attraction of investments and payback period;
- complex use of resources;
- economic and legal validity.
Each criterion is rated on a 5-point scale. The authors of the works that have scored the maximum number of points will be invited to the third stage of the game “Novice Farmer” - full-time defense of their projects in front of the Expert Council.
