The first rapeseed processing plant was opened in Kaibitsky district.
On February 16, the grand opening of first rapeseed processing plant with the participation of the head of the Kaibitsky district, Albert Rakhmatullin, took place in Bolshoye Podberezye village.
“The processing plant for our village is a great success. Firstly, this is an additional income to the district budget, and secondly, more jobs to give. The new manufacturing shows the development of small and medium-sized businesses”, said the head of the villagers.
The construction of the facility was launched in the autumn of 2018. The project “Gifts of Nature” for its implementing received grant support in the amount of 7 million rubles from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. In winter, the plant was equipped with modern high-tech equipment. In February, it was launched.
Today, the company's facilities allow processing 12 tons of rapeseed seeds per day. Production volumes are 4.5 tons of cold pressed rapeseed oil and 7.5 tons of millcake. 7 people work here.
Rapeseed oil is planned to be sold to European countries and India, and the millcake will be used as an additive to balance feed for farm animals.
