A delegation consisting of heads of several farms visited Belarus last week in order to exchange the experience. It was headed by Renat Gatiyatov, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of Arsky District.
It is noteworthy that this small republic is among the top five world leaders in milk production, and takes third position among world exporters of butter.
Renat Giniyatov shared his experience. “We were taken to a farm located 30 kilometers from Minsk, the capital of the country. We remarked how few people were on the streets of Minsk, the city with more than two millions of habitants. Apparently, everyone was busy working. Houses in villages are simple, life is quite modest, farms are fenced. The farm of Unibox group of companies that we visited is run by woman. Everything is clean and in order.”
The trip was really helpful. The farms of Belarus use quite interesting technologies for producing of feed. The heads of farms will consider the possibility of using of these technologies in their native Arsky district.
